What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, the service you selected, your city and anything you write in the message field. If you call or message us on WhatsApp we hold whatever you tell us in that conversation.

When you engage us, we also hold copies of the documents you send — identity, age and address proofs, and marriage-related documents. These are held only for as long as needed to complete your matter and to meet any record-keeping obligation.

What we use it for

  • Replying to your enquiry and advising on your case
  • Preparing, filing and following up your application
  • Keeping a record of work done for you

That is the whole list. We do not use your details for marketing to third parties.

What we will not do

  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone
  • We do not publish your name, photograph or case details on this website or anywhere else
  • We do not discuss your matter with family members or anyone else without your instruction
  • We do not contact you at a number or address you have not nominated

Who we share it with

Only where necessary to do the work: the relevant government office or portal to which your application is filed, and counsel or a translator where your matter needs one. And where we are required to by law or a court order.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use analytics to understand which pages people find useful. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of this site.

Retention

Enquiry details from people who do not engage us are kept only as long as needed to follow up, and then deleted. Client files are retained for the period required by professional record-keeping norms and then securely destroyed.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation to retain records. Write to hello@vivaahregistry.in.
