What differs from Noida
The law and the portal are identical. Two practical things differ:
- The office. Greater Noida and Greater Noida West files go to the Sub-Registrar for that sub-district rather than the Noida office. Selecting the wrong sub-district on the portal is a common and annoying error, because the appointment has to be rebooked.
- Slot availability. Volumes differ between the two offices, and at some times of year one is materially faster than the other. Where both are legitimately available to you, we check which is quicker before booking.
Step by step
- Apply on the IGRS UP portal, selecting the correct sub-district for Greater Noida.
